摘要
目的分析过渡期护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者生存质量和护理满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年7月—2023年3月于泉州市第一医院心血管外科行心脏瓣膜置换术的86例患者临床资料,按其不同护理方法,将其分为参照组(常规护理,43例)与研究组(过渡期护理,43例)。比较两组患者护理前后生存质量评分和术后并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果护理后,研究组生存质量评分量表各项评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于参照组,研究组术后并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率为97.67%,高于参照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.242,P=0.070)。结论在心脏瓣膜置换术患者护理干预中实施过渡期护理,帮助患者成功从危险期渡过安全期,使其术后并发症发生风险降低,并提高生存质量,满足其对临床护理服务的要求,护理效果较显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of transitional nursing on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients after heart valve replacement.Methods Clinical data of 86 patients undergoing heart valve replacement in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of Quanzhou First Hospital from July 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the reference group(routine nursing,43 cases)and the study group(transitional nursing,43 cases).The quality of life score,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the study group's quality of life rating scale scores and total scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the reference group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.242,P=0.070).Conclusion In the nursing intervention of patients with heart valve replacement,transitional nursing is implemented to help patients successfully pass the safe period from the dangerous period,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life,meet their requirements for clinical nursing services,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
