摘要
目的探讨预防心脏移植术后并发症的护理对策.方法应用循证护理方法对我科6例同种原位心脏移植病人术后预防并发症发生实施护理,解决术后感染及排斥反应、严重低心排、呼吸功能不全、肾功能衰竭问题的实践过程.通过循证问题、循证支持,确立证据,制定科学的护理干预措施.结果通过循证护理理念对预防心脏移植术后并发症病人实施护理,取得满意效果.结论应用循证护理不仅可以指导护理专科路径,确保病人安全质量有效性,而且可充实护理人员知识,提高心脏移植术后存活率保障手术、复苏、康复顺利的可靠依据。
Objective To explore the nursing measures for preventing complications after heart transplantion.Methods The evidence-based nursing method was used to prevent complications after heart transplantion in 6 patients.The key purpose of nursing was to prevent infection and reject reaction,serious cardiac output,respiratory insufficiency,renal failure after heart transplantion.Scientific nursing measures were made by evidencing problems,evidencing surport,and establishing evidence.Result The satisfying results were got by adopting nursing measures to prevent complications after heart transplantion on the basis of evidence-based nursing ideas.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing not only can guide clinical nursing work and ensure the safety of patients,but also can enrich the the nurses with nursing knowledge,improve the survival rate of patients after heart transplantion,and ensure the success of operation,resuscitation,and recovery.
