摘要
“三全育人”是高等教育改革的重要理念,在全员、全过程、全方位的视域下,地方高校大学文化需要不断创新,在大学精神文化内涵、结构与功能等方面进行拓展,认同大学精神文化内涵,传承大学精神文化传统,创造大学精神文化特色,赋予大学文化存在和发展的精神动力,适应“三全育人”要求。同时,也要求高校注重内外部资源的开发和整合,为学生成长提供更好的平台和支持,提升教育质量、加强学生综合素质和推动地方经济发展,为高等教育事业的可持续发展注入新的动力。
"Three comprehensive education"is an important concept in higher education reform.From the perspective of all staff,entire process,and all aspects,the culture of local colleges and universities should continuously innovate and expand in the connotation,structure and function of university spirit and culture,identify the spiritual and cultural connotation of the university,inherit the spiritual and cultural tradition of the university,create the spiritual and cultural characteristics of the university,give the spiritual power of the existence and development of the university culture,and adapt to the requirements of"Three comprehension education".At the same time,it also requires colleges and universities to pay attention to the development and integration of internal and external resources,provide a better platform and support for the growth of students,improve the quality of education,strengthen the comprehensive quality of students and promote local economic development,and inject new impetus into the sustainable development of higher education.
