摘要
新时代,作为我国高等教育重要力量的地方高校,肩负立德树人的根本任务和服务地方经济发展的重要责任,由此催生了地方高校强化大学文化建设的重要性和紧迫感。首先阐释新时代地方文化与地方高校大学文化建设之间的关系,而后系统分析新时代地方高校大学文化建设存在的主要问题,最后有针对性地设计新时代地方高校强化大学文化建设的“四位一体”合理化对策,即强化地方文化认同高度重视大学文化建设,增强地方文化自觉科学合理规划大学文化,融入地方文化元素建设特色地方大学文化,坚定地方文化自信,大力弘扬地方大学文化。
In the new era,as an important force of higher education in our country,local colleges and universities shoulder the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating students and the important responsibility of serving the development of local economy,which gives birth to the importance and urgency of strengthening the construction of local colleges and universities culture.This paper firstly explains the relationship between the local culture in the new era and the cultural construction of local colleges and universities,then systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the cultural construction of local colleges and universities in the new era,and finally designs the“four in one”rationalization countermeasures to strengthen the cultural construction of local colleges and universities in the new era,namely,to strengthen the recognition of local culture and attach great importance to the cultural construction of colleges and universities;to enhance the consciousness of local culture and plan the culture of colleges and universities scientifically and rationally;to integrate local cultural elements into the construction of local culture of colleges and universities;to firm the confidence of local culture and vigorously promote the culture of local colleges and universities.
