摘要
高校工会参与学校内部冲突管理是协同治理的应有之义。冲突功能论丰富了冲突管理的内涵,除了化解与抑制冲突,还包含发挥冲突在加强科层管理体制稳定性、增加群体内聚力、促进制度规则更新改进等方面的积极功能。因此,高校工会在学校内部冲突管理中应具有“安全阀”“调节器”“建设者”的角色定位,其作用发挥需要开拓畅通冲突表达的制度化渠道、构建灵活柔性的冲突协调机制、形成立德树人的主流价值导向、完善冲突管理的联动工作机制。
The participation of trade unions of colleges and universities in the management of internal conflicts in schools is the proper meaning of collaborative governance.The theory of conflict function enriches the connotation of conflict management.Besides resolving and restraining conflicts,it also includes the positive functions of conflict in strengthening the stability of administrative system,increasing the cohesion of groups,and promoting the updating and improvement of institutional rules.Therefore,trade unions of colleges and universities should play the role of“safety valve”,“regulator”and“builder”in the management of internal conflicts.To play its role,it is necessary to open up institutionalized channels for conflict expression,construct flexible coordination mechanism,form the mainstream value orientation of moral education and improve the linkage working mechanism of conflict management.
