摘要
随着生活工作节奏的加快以及需求的多样化,高校教师心理亚健康现象越来越普遍.高校工会是党领导的教师自愿结合的群众组织,做好教师心理健康服务是其新时代的重要使命和职责.积极心理学为工会加强和改进教师心理健康服务提供了新理论、新视角、新方法.高校工会可以通过加强对教师心理健康服务的组织领导、维护好教师合法权益、竭诚做好教育引导服务、抓好阵地平台建设、营造积极的组织环境等措施,为教师提供更好的普惠性和个性化心理健康服务,进一步增强他们自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态,进一步提升他们的获得感、幸福感和安全感.
With the acceleration of the pace of life and work and the diversification of demands, the phenomenon of psychological sub-health of college teachers is becoming more and more common. The trade union of colleges and universities is a mass organization led by the party and voluntarily combined with teachers. Its important mission and duty in the new era is to do a good job in teachers’ mental health service. Positive psychology provides new theories, new perspectives and new methods for trade unions to strengthen and improve teachers’ mental health services. The trade union of colleges and universities can provide better universal and personalized mental health services for teachers by strengthening the organizational leadership of teachers’ mental health services, safeguarding teachers’ legitimate rights and interests, doing a good job in education and guidance services, grasping the construction of positions and platforms, and creating a positive organizational environment, so as to further enhance their self-esteem, self-confidence happiness and security.
