基于信息化的修船移泊管理系统构建

摘要 分析国内修船企业的修船移泊管理现状和需求。基于移泊管理系统架构方案,运用信息化手段,将矢量化地图引擎、自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)船舶动态定位和区域智能识别等技术融入现有的修船移泊管理中。构建基于信息化的修船移泊管理系统,解决修船移泊管理过程中的计划编排粗放和实际信息反馈不及时等问题,实现修船移泊管理中各部门之间的高效协同。 The current situation and demand of ship repair shifting management of domestic ship repair enterprises are analyzed.Based on the architecture scheme of shifting management system,the informatization means are used to integrate the technologies such as vectorization map engine,Automatic Identification System(AIS)ship dynamic positioning,and regional intelligent identification into the existing ship repair shifting management.The ship repair shifting management system based on informatization is built to solve problems such as extensive planning and untimely feedback of actual information during ship repair shifting management,and achieve the efficient coordination among various departments in ship repair shifting management.
