摘要
文章针对修船厂码头泊位计划调度安排进行分析,对智能移泊调度系统进行定义,实现人工调度与智能调度的结合,为企业船舶调度管理提供了计算机辅助决策功能。
This paper research the berth plan and scheduling for repairing shipyard, and definethe intelligent berth scheduling system, achievethe optimization combination between the manual and intelligentberth scheduling, it provides a computer aided decision - making function for the repairing shipyard management of the berth scheduling.
