摘要
大型燃煤电站汽轮机控制系统(DEH)及保护系统(ETS)的可靠性是机组长周期安全稳定运行的核心,以ABB SymphonyPlus、ABB S+Safety 800xI控制系统首次在超超临界发电机组的应用实践为基础,在项目设计选型、测试验收、现场复原和长周期运行过程中,从系统硬件、系统软件、控制逻辑、在线试验、应急预案等进行可靠性研究,为印尼国家电网稳定的“不间断电源UPS”做出中国贡献。
The reliability of the turbine control system(DEH)and protection system(ETS)in large coal-fired power plants is the core of long-term safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the practical application of ABB SymphonyPlus and ABB S+Safety 800xI control systems in ultra-supercritical power generation units for the first time,this paper discusses the reliability research in terms of system hardware,system software,control logic,online testing,emergency plans and other aspects in the project design selection,testing and acceptance,on-site restoration,and long-term operation process,aiming at making contribution of China to the stable"Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)"of Indonesian national grid.
