摘要 汽轮发电机组甩负荷工况是一种极端的变工况运行过程,其调节系统动态特性的变化直接关系到机、炉、电系统的安全和稳定。在调节系统动态数学模型的基础上,借助DOE(Design of Experiment)方法的基本思想,从实验设计、仿真分析、数据汇总与统计的角度出发,定量分析了甩负荷动态特性对机组本体设备及其调节系统相关因素的敏感性大小,研究了多因素耦合作用下的敏感性突增变化及各因素间存在的相互作用效应。最后重点对转子飞升时间常数进行了仿真研究。 Load rejection was the extreme varying conditions for large turbo generator sets, changes in dynamic characteristics of the governing system could threaten the safety and stability of units, boiler and power grid directly. Based on the simulation model for dynamic characteristics of load rejection, this paper used the DOE ( Design of Experiment) theoretical analysis method, such as experiment, design, analysis simulation, results summarize, etc. quantitative analyzed the related factors that affecting the governing system' s dynamic characteristic. And, this paper also studied the sensitivity of multi factors coupling,as well as the interaction effects between the factors. Finally, on basis of all of the factor' s related degree, this article carried an in-depth simulation research on rotor time constant.
