摘要 为了响应机器对标准内容的识别、执行、决策等新需求,解决机器可读标准数字化程度的评价问题,基于标准机器可读可识别的相关技术,进行了机器可读标准结构分析,构建了机器可读标准可识别验证指标体系,并在此基础上开发了可识别层级验证工具。研究方法及成果可有效指导机器可读标准可识别层级验证评价,并为后续可执行、可决策层级的验证提供研究基础。 In order to respond to the new requirements of machine for the identification,execution and decision of standard content,the evaluation problem of the digitalization degree of machine-readable standard is solved.In this paper,based on the relevant technology of standard machine readable and recognizable,the structure of machine-readable standard was analysed,and the index system of machine readable standard verification was established.The tool used for machine readable standard verification was developed on this basis as well.The research method and results can effectively guide the verification and evaluation of machine-readable standard level,as while as provide a research basis for the subsequent verification of standard with higher level.It is a key point for comprehensive verification and quality improvement of the digitized standards.
