摘要
本文分析了目前传统标准化管理过程中对数字资源利用方面存在的问题,阐述了标准知识库建设的可行性,梳理出了标准知识库建设的应该遵循的原则,进行了标准知识库架构和功能的初步设计。提出了通用标准知识库的概念,通过综合利用信息资源整合、元数据和知识图谱等技术,旨在提高标准数字资源的传播和利用效率,为标准化工作者提供一个学习、分享和交流的平台。
This article analyzes the existing problems in the use of digital resources in the traditional standardization management process,expounds the feasibility of the construction of a standard knowledge base,puts forward the principles that should be followed in the construction of a standard knowledge base,and carries out the preliminary design of the structure and function of the standard knowledge base.It also proposes the concept of a universal standard knowledge base.By comprehensively utilizing technologies such as information resource integration,metadata and knowledge graphs,it aims to improve the efficiency of the dissemination and utilization of standard digital resources and provide a platform for standardization workers to learn,share and communicate.
