不同毕业时间段军医的岗位素质的认知比较

摘要 目的调查不同毕业时间段军医的岗位素质的认知。方法选取1986年至2017年某军医大学临床医学专业毕业150名学员作为研究对象,通过现场和电话等进行访谈,有效完成访谈82名。访谈某军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员,并根据访谈内容填写核验表。结果不同毕业时间段的学员持续学习能力、执业实践中自主更新专业知识和技能、参加继续医学教育培训、适应服务对象改变带来的变化、适应军地环境改变带来的变化、注意倾听和收集与综合患者问题有关的信息、有效化解医患矛盾、与其他科室或单位建立良好的合作关系、创新与科研能力、在职业活动中具备批判性思维、有意识地培养创造性思维和创新能力、具备临床医学科学研究能力、积极撰写和发表科研论文、诚信正直和廉洁自律及淡薄名利、有事业心和坚持医疗与国防事业、有责任心和持之以恒、有行动力和积极主动、有自信心和乐观向上与不畏困难提及率与未提及率比较差异无统计学意义;不同毕业时间段的学员临床医疗服务能力、采用合理的治疗计划、能识别并进行现场抢救、能识别并进行现场抢救、信息技术和工具应用能力、掌握英语,学习与分析英语原文医学文献、适应能力、适应工作性质改变带来的变化、医患沟通能力、善于协调与团队成员的关系、积极参加本专业领域的科研活动、军政素质、有进取心和追求卓越提及率与未提及率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析不同毕业时间段的学员的岗位素质,对于了解军医岗位的工作路径具有重要的参考价值。军医大学毕业学员对岗位素质的重要性看法有一定的稳定性、部分岗位素质的看法受毕业时间的影响呈现曲线波动。 Objective To investigate the cognition of post quality of military doctors in different graduation period.Methods A total of 150 clinical medicine graduates from the military medical university from 1986 to 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and 82 of them were effectively interviewed through on-site and telephone interviews.Interview the graduate student of clinical medicine major of the military medical university,and fill in the verification form according to the interview content.Results There were no significant differences in the continuous learning ability of students at different graduation time periods,the independent updating of professional knowledge and skills in practice,the participation in continuing medical education and training,the adaptation to the changes brought about by the change of service objects,the adaptation to the changes brought about by the change of military and local environment,the attention to listen to and collect information related to the comprehensive patient problems,the effective resolution of the contradiction between doctors and patients,the establishment of good cooperative relations with other departments or units,the ability of innovation and scientific research,the critical thinking in professional activities,the conscious cultivation of creative thinking and innovation ability,the ability of clinical medical scientific research,the active writing and publication of scientific research papers,the integrity and integrity of integrity and self-discipline and weak fame and fortune,the enterprise and the persistence of medical and national defense,the sense of responsibility and perseverance,the action and the initiative,the self-confidence and optimism;There were statistically significant differences in the clinical medical service ability,reasonable treatment plan,ability to identify and carry out on-site rescue,ability to identify and carry out on-site rescue,information technology and tool application ability,mastery of English,learning and analysis of Engli
