OBE理念下师范类专业人才培养方案修订的思考与实践——以白城师范学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 OBE即成果导向,是本科专业类教学质量国家标准和师范类专业认证的核心理念,促使高校师范类专业对人才培养的理念、标准、逻辑有了重新认识和定位。文章以白城师范学院为例,基于对OBE理念的理解,阐述了师范类专业人才培养方案修订的指导思想、基本原则、核心要求,并对具体内容作了说明,以期为地方本科院校师范类专业人才培养方案的修订提供参考。 OBE,Outcomes-based Education,is the national standard of undergraduate professional teaching quality and the core concept of normal professional certification,which promotes normal colleges and universities to have a new understanding and positioning for the concept,standard and logic of talent training.Taking Baicheng Normal University as an example,based on the understanding of OBE,this paper expounds the guidelines,basic principles and core requirements of the revision of talent training program for normal majors,and explains the specific content,in order to provide reference for the revision of talent training program for normal majors in local colleges and universities.
