摘要
数字孪生是1项新兴的数字化转型技术,实现了数字虚拟世界对物理现实世界的实时映射,在各行各业中发展迅速。文中介绍了数字孪生技术的发展历程及其研究现状,以五维模型为例,分析了数字孪生的核心技术,并归纳了1套数字孪生体系构建流程。研究相关文献对数字孪生在炼化产业中的应用进行概括,将数字孪生融入到炼油过程,基于数字孪生技术实现生产可视化、远程监督指导、故障分析预测和设备控制优化及全生命周期管理等功能,从而提升炼油产业的智能化发展。
Digital twin is an emerging digital transformation technology,which realizes the real-time mapping of the digital virtual world to the physical real world,and is developing rapidly in all walks of life.This paper introduced the development and research status of digital twin technology,analyzed the core technology of digital twin,and summarized a set of digital twin system construction process.It made summarization on the application of digital twins in the refining and chemical industry by studying relevant literature,integratedthe digital twins technology into the refining process and realized the functions of production visualization,remote supervision and guidance,fault analysis and prediction,equipment control optimization and whole life cycle management based on the digital twin technology,so as to enhance the intelligent development of the refining industry.
