摘要
目的:分析导乐联合哀伤护理在围产期丧失产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年3月—2023年3月粤北人民医院收治的因胎儿异常及死胎而引产的产妇80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予导乐联合哀伤护理。比较两组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、中文版围产期悲伤量表(PGS)评分。结果:试验组分娩时NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院第1天,两组PGS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院当天,两组PGS评分低于住院第1天,且试验组低于对照组;产后第42天,两组PGS评分低于住院第1天与出院当天,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:导乐联合哀伤护理在围产期丧失产妇护理中的应用效果显著,能减轻产妇疼痛,缓解其悲伤情绪。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of doula combined with grief nursing in nursing of pregnant women with perinatal loss.Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,80 pregant women who induction of labor due to abnormal fetuses and dead fetuses in the Yuebei People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given doula combined with grief nursing.The Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and the Chinese version of the Perinatal Grief Scale(PGS)scores were compared between two groups.Results:The NRS scores in the experimental group during delivery were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PGS scores between the two groups on the first day of hospitalization(P>0.05).On the day of discharge,the PGS scores in the two groups were lower than those on the first day of hospitalization,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.On 42 days after delivery,the PGS scores in the two groups were lower than those on the first day of hospitalization and on the day of discharge,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doula combined with grief nursing has a significant application effect in nursing of pregnant women with perinatal loss,which can reduce maternal pain and relieve grief.
