摘要
目的分析快速康复外科护理在胃肿瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法88例胃肿瘤手术患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组患者术后恢复情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者胃管留置时间(2.33±0.86)d、排气时间(34.28±4.13)h、进食时间(27.39±2.53)h、下床活动时间(1.77±0.31)d、住院时间(10.28±1.03)d均明显短于对照组的(4.00±1.25)d、(43.63±4.72)h、(42.63±6.36)h、(2.11±0.47)d、(15.03±1.14)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出手术室时,两组患者疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4、12、24、48 h时,观察组患者NRS评分分别为(1.98±0.43)、(1.42±0.25)、(0.75±0.11)、(0.41±0.08)分,均显著低于对照组的(2.95±0.62)、(2.37±0.48)、(1.46±0.24)、(0.96±0.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率6.82%显著低于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理能够显著提升胃肿瘤患者围手术期护理质量,从而减轻其术后疼痛程度,降低其并发症发生率,从而缩短术后康复时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of fast-track surgery in patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period.Methods A total of 88 patients with gastric tumor were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random numerical table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received fast-track surgery nursing.The postoperative recovery,pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had gastric tube retention time of(2.33±0.86)d,exhaust time of(34.28±4.13)h,eating time of(27.39±2.53)h,ambulation time of(1.77±0.31)d and hospitalization time of(10.28±1.03)d,which were significantly shorter than those of(4.00±1.25)d,(43.63±4.72)h,(42.63±6.36)h,(2.11±0.47)d and(15.03±1.14)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When leaving the operating room,there was no statistically significant difference in NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4,12,24 and 48 h after surgery,NRS scores in the observation group were(1.98±0.43),(1.42±0.25),(0.75±0.11)and(0.41±0.08)points,which were significantly lower than those of(2.95±0.62),(2.37±0.48),(1.46±0.24)and(0.96±0.18)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.82%,which was significantly lower than that of 22.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery nursing can significantly improve the perioperative nursing quality of patients with gastric tumor,thereby reducing the degree of postoperative pain,reducing the incidence of complications,and shortening the postoperative rehabilitation time.
