摘要
随着社会的进步,城市建设从新建转向旧房加固改造是建筑行业未来发展的必然趋势。与新工程相比,旧房加固补强的优势体现在经济性、多样性和安全性等多个方面,更加节省人力、物力和财力,加固补强后的效果也更加显著。文章旨在对加固改造既有老旧建筑工程进行概述,探讨加固老旧建筑中拆除工程施工方案和技术的应用。
With the progress of society,it is an inevitable trend of the future development of the construction industry for urban construction to shift from new construction to the reinforcement of old houses.Compared with the new project,the advantages of the reinforcement of the old house are reflected in many aspects such as economy,diversity and safety,which saves manpower,material and financial resources,and the effect of reinforcement is more significant.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the reinforcement and renovation of old buildings,and to discuss the application of demolition engineering in the reinforcement of old buildings.
