摘要
不同于一般新建项目,维修加固项目管理是个全过程事件,包含前期检测鉴定阶段、决策阶段、设计阶段以及施工阶段、验收阶段等。项目在整个实施过程中,需统筹分别进行有效控制与管理,因此,对维修加固项目实施全过程管理是必要的。通过控制与管理各个阶段的关键环节,提升各个阶段的质量与安全,提高工程管理的效能。论文主要从项目管理的角度出发,根据湿陷性黄土场地的既有建筑静压桩加固工程的具体案例,分析了既有建筑维修加固项目实施过程中各阶段的管理,总结了全过程管理经验,并对案例工程进行了加固后的评定,为同类既有建筑维修加固工程的全过程管理提供一定的实践经验。
Different from general new construction projects,maintenance and reinforcement project management is a whole process event,including early detection and appraisal stage,decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,acceptance stage,etc.In the whole implementation process of the project,it is necessary to effectively control and manage each stage,so it is necessary to manage the whole implementation process of the maintenance and reinforcement project.Through the control and management of the key links in each stage,improve the quality and safety of each stage,improve the efficiency of project management.From the perspective of project management,this paper analyzes the management of each stage in the implementation process of the existing building maintenance and reinforcement project according to the concrete case of the existing building static pressed pile reinforcement project in collapsible loess site,summarizes the management experience of the whole process,and evaluates the case project after reinforcement.It provides some practical experience for the whole process management of similar existing building maintenance and reinforcement engineering.
