摘要
任何工程都存在一个从策划到设计、实施、运行、维修,直至退役的过程,基于这一基本事实,从工程全生命周期的视角对工程方法论进行探讨。首先提出基于工程全生命周期的工程方法论的总体观点,即工程活动存在一个完整的生命过程,工程方法论是一种过程方法论;其次,论述基于工程全生命周期的工程方法论的构成内容,包括工程策划方法论、工程设计方法论、工程实施方法论、工程运行及维修方法论和工程退役方法论;再次,提炼出整体性、系统性、实践性、协同性、真善美统一,以及讲求效力、效益与效率等基于工程全生命周期的工程方法论的内在本质特征;最后,从价值、生命周期、知行关系和思维运作进程等四个不同维度,总结基于工程全生命周期的工程方法论的逻辑模式与步骤。
For any engineering, there is a process from planning to design, implementation, operation,maintenance, and retirement. Based on this fact, this paper discusses the engineering methodology from the perspective of engineering life period. The overall viewpoints on the engineering life period-based engineering methodology are proposed at first, i.e. there is a whole life process for engineering activities and the engineering methodology is a process-based methodology. Then the author introduces the contents of the engineering life period-based engineering methodology, which includes engineering planning methodology, engineering design methodology, engineering implementation methodology, engineering operation and maintenance methodology,and engineering retirement methodology. The following intrinsic characteristics of the methodology are summarized further: integrity, systematicness, practicality, cooperativity, the unity of truth, goodness, and beauty, and emphasis on effectiveness, economy and efficiency. At last, the logical mode and procedure of the methodology are presented from the dimensions of value, life period, relationship of knowing and doing, and thinking process.
