摘要
建筑工程领域的加固技术运用一般分为两种,一种是老旧或受损的建筑结构需要恢复原设计要求的受荷载状况;另一种是上部建筑的结构空间布局或空间造型的改造,需要对下部受力构件加固,使其能够满足新的荷载需求,达到上部空间改造的目的。外粘型钢的加固技术在实际应用适应的环境更为广泛。由于其具有环境因素要求较低的特点,因此在结构加固技术应用和推广中必不可少。三角岛科教博览与环保智能建筑工程一期项目主体框架结构的加固施工过程运用对外粘型钢加固技术,对在该技术在建筑工程中的施工工艺和操作重点进行归纳,为后续主体结构施工或类似既有框架结构的加固工程提供一定的技术支持和经验参考。
There are two common situations in the application of reinforcement technology in the field of construction engineering.One is that the old or damaged building structure needs to restore the load conditions required by the original design,and the other is the transformation of the spatial layout or spatial shape of the superstructure.The lower load-bearing components need to be reinforced to meet the new load requirements and achieve the purpose of the transformation of the upper space.The strengthening technology of externally bonded section steel is more widely applicable to the environment in practical application.Due to the low requirements of environmental factors,it is necessary to apply and promote the structural strengthening technology.This paper relies on the reinforcement construction process of the main frame structure of the first phase project of the Triangle Island Science and Education Expo and Environmental Protection Intelligent Building Project,and through the actual application of the external bonding steel reinforcement technology,summarizes the construction technology and key operation points of the application of this technology to the building project,providing certain technical support and experience reference for the subsequent main structure construction or similar existing frame structure reinforcement projects.
