摘要
随着经济发展模式正由“要素驱动”和“效率驱动”向“创新驱动”转型,全球知识生产模式正发生深刻变革,由模式Ⅰ逐步向模式Ⅱ转变并进一步向模式Ⅲ演化。知识生产模式的变革不仅要求高校人才培养和学科建设要做到“科教融合”“学科融合”“产教融合”,更对“新工科”建设背景下我国高等工程教育人才培养产生深远的影响:在人才培养方式方面,从“学术范式”向“应用范式”衍生;在人才培养目标方面,从“科学范式”向“工程范式”转变;在人才培养主体方面,从单一主体走向多元主体;在人才培养组织范式方面,从“松散式”向“紧凑式”“网络式”转变;在人才培养质量评价方面,从内部取向转为内部诉求与外部诉求兼顾。
With the transformation of economic development modes in the world from “factor driven” and “efficiency driven” to “innovation driven”,the knowledge production modes arebeing transformed from knowledge production mode I to knowledge production mode II and knowledge production mode Ⅲ.The transformation of the knowledge production modes has derived the multiple logics of the existence and development of the discipline,changed the pattern of the existence of the discipline,and made the discipline present new characteristics.The traditional discipline knowledge production mode,the interdisciplinary knowledge production mode,and the interdisciplinary knowledge production mode have emerged one after another.The mode of knowledge production has a far-reaching impact on personnel training:in terms of personnel training mode,it is derived from “academic paradigm” to “application paradigm”;In the aspect of talent training objectives,the transformation from “scientific paradigm” to “engineering paradigm”;In the aspect of personnel training subject,from single subject to multi subject;In the aspect of personnel training organization paradigm,it has changed from “loose type” to “compact type” and “network type”;In the evaluation of talent training quality,the internal orientation has been changed to give consideration to both internal and external demands.The transformation of knowledge production mode not only profoundly affects the internal logic of university transformation and development,but also profoundly changes the basic principles of interaction between University and external environment.
