摘要
食品安全作为一项公共问题,涉及政府、企业、社会及公众等多方面的共同利益,食品安全协同治理则需要多部门跨领域的协调。本文通过阐述我国食品安全协同治理机制,分析标准化对协同治理的意义和作用,以重庆市为例探索构建食品安全协同治理标准体系。
As a public issue,food safety involves the common interests of the government,enterprises,society and the public,etc.The collaborative governance of food safety needs the multi-department and cross-field coordination.This paper expounds the food safety collaborative governance mechanism in China,analyzes the significance and effect of standardization o n c ollaborative g overnance,a nd e xplores t he c onstruction of food s afety c ollaborative g overnance standards system by taking Chongqing as an example.
