摘要 本文阐述了标准化在保障食品质量安全中的重要作用,如统一规格、明确检测方法、规范生产流程、强化监管措施等,为食品质量安全提供关键技术支撑。同时,文章分析了我国食品质量安全标准化体系建设中存在的问题,包括标准体系不完善、制修订程序与监管机制亟待改进、标准科学性与动态更新机制有待加强等。并据此提出了相应的对策建议,以更好地发挥标准化作用,保障食品质量安全。 This article elaborates on the important role of standardization in ensuring food quality and safety,such as unifying specifications,clarifying testing methods,standardizing production processes,strengthening regulatory measures,etc.,providing key technical support for food quality and safety.At the same time,the article analyzes the problems existing in the construction of China’s food quality and safety standardization system,including an incomplete standard system,urgent need for improvement in the formulation and revision procedures and regulatory mechanisms,and the need to strengthen the scientificity and dynamic updating mechanism of standards.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to better play the role of standardization and ensure food quality and safety.
