摘要
目的:分析标准化优质护理模式在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中护理干预的效果。方法:选择蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年1月至2022年10月期间收治的68例脑梗死溶栓治疗患者,以随机数表法随机分两组,观察组34例患者接受标准化优质护理干预,对照组34例患者则采取常规护理,比较两组患者的疗效差异与生活质量变化情况。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效与生活质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死溶栓治疗患者临床护理干预中,对患者实施标准化优质护理可显著提升治疗效果,可促进患者生活质量改善,是一种科学的护理干预方法。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in thrombolytic therapy of cerebral infarction patients with standardized high-quality nursing model.Methods:68 patients with cerebral infarction treated with thrombolytic therapy from January 2021 to October 2022 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The 34 patients in the observation group received standardized high-quality nursing intervention,and the 34 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The differences of efficacy and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effi cacy and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing intervention of patients with cerebral infarction treated with thrombolytic therapy,the implementation of standardized high-quality nursing model can signifi cantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients,which is a scientifi c nursing intervention method.
