摘要
为确保长三角地区的食品安全,研究长三角进口水产品质量安全的治理路径尤为重要。通过扎根理论构建治理机制理论框架,基于进口水产品质量安全问题的消费者问卷调查,构建结构方程模型进行分析。结果显示,政府机构监管水平、进口商自我监管水平、消费者监督水平对进口水产品质量安全都有显著影响,其中,政府机构监管和进口商自我监管对进口水产品质量安全有着直接正向影响,决定进口水产品质量安全最重要的因素是政府机构监管水平。消费者可以通过积极监督政府机构和进口商间接影响进口水产品质量安全。鉴于此,提出切实可行的建议以提升长三角地区进口水产品质量安全,守住人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。
In 2022,China experienced a trade deficit in aquatic products for the first time,imports of aquatic products continuously increasing.The potential quality of imported aquatic products caused by Japan’s Fukushima nuclear sewage discharge in the future is worrying.In order to ensure the food safety of the people in the Yangtze River Delta,which borders Yangtze River and the sea,to study the governance path for the quality and safety of imported aquatic products in the Yangtze River Delta,a theoretical framework for governance mechanisms is constructed on the basis of grounded theory,consumer surveys of quality and safety related issues of imported aquatic products having been made to construct a structural equation model to test and analyze hypotheses.The results show that the level of government agency supervision,importer self-regulation,and consumer supervision have a significant impact on the quality and safety of imported aquatic products,among which,government agency supervision and importer self-regulation have a direct positive impact,the most important factor determining the quality and safety of imported aquatic products being the level of government agency supervision.Consumers can indirectly influence the quality and safety of imported aquatic products by actively supervising government agencies and importers.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed to improve the quality and safety of imported aquatic products in the Yangtze River Delta region,and to safeguard public“safety on the tongue”.
