消费者对于食品安全知识的认知和态度调查——以上海消费者为例 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着人们生活水平和科技发展水平的日益提高,人们获取信息和购买食品的方式和渠道越来越多样化。以问卷形式调查上海普通人群对食品安全知识的了解、态度、关注倾向性等及影响因素。结果显示,消费者高度认同“吃得安全”的重要性,对食品安全问题的关注度及知识需求度很高,但实际对食品安全知识匮乏。政府等职能部门作为食品安全的监管者,应加大食品市场的管理力度和食品安全相关信息的监管力度。媒体等宣传者应提高发布内容的准确性和科学性,做消费者值得信赖的信息来源。 With the improvement of living standards and the development of science and technology,people’s access to information and shopping become more and more diversified.A questionnaire was used to investigate the understanding,attitude,tendency of attention and influencing factors of food safety knowledge among the general population in Shanghai.The results showed that consumers highly recognize the importance of“eating safely”and had a high degree of attention and knowledge demand for food safety issues.But they lack of actual knowledge of food safety.As the regulator of food safety,the government and other functional departments should strengthen the management of food market and the supervision of food safety related information.The media and other propagandists should improve the accuracy and scientificity of the published content and be a reliable source of information for consumers.
