摘要
本研究通过不同类型酵母硒(颗粒酵母硒、粉状酵母硒、水解酵母硒)与无机硒对比,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋硒沉积及硒利用率等方面的影响。结果表明:与无机硒相比,添加相同剂量的酵母硒对海兰褐壳蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比、破畸率、平均日采食量略有提升,但差异不显著(P>0.05);从鸡蛋硒沉积来看,酵母硒能够显著提高鸡蛋中硒含量(P<0.05),且随着添加时间的延长,提高效果越明显;不同形式酵母硒相比,水解酵母硒和粉状酵母硒对鸡蛋硒沉积效果提升最显著(P<0.05);最终硒的利用率结果显示,与无机硒相比,酵母硒可显著提高蛋硒沉积率、体硒沉积率、硒总利用率(P<0.05);不同形式酵母硒对比结果显示,粉状酵母硒的体硒沉积率和硒总利用率最大,水解酵母硒的蛋硒沉积率最大。综上所述,酵母硒能够一定程度提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,提高蛋硒沉积和硒利用率。不同形式酵母硒对蛋鸡的生产性能和硒沉积效率存在一定差异,其中粉状酵母硒和水解酵母硒更有利于提高体硒沉积率、蛋硒沉积率及硒总利用率,减少浪费和环境污染。
The experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different types of selenium yeast(granular selenium yeast,powder selenium yeast,hydrolyzed selenium yeast)and inorganic selenium on production performance,egg selenium deposition and selenium utilization of laying hens.The results showed as follows:compared with inorganic selenium,adding the same dose of selenium yeast slightly increased the laying rate,average egg weight,feed to egg ratio,terato-breaking rate and average daily feed intake of Hyline brown shell laying hens,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Selenium content in eggs was significantly increased by selenium yeast(P<0.05),and the increasing effect was more obvious with the addition time.Compared with different forms of selenium yeast,hydrolyzed selenium yeast and powdered selenium yeast had the most significant effect on selenium deposition in eggs(P<0.05).The final selenium utilization results showed that compared with inorganic selenium,selenium yeast significantly increased the egg selenium deposition rate,body selenium deposition rate and total selenium utilization rate(P<0.05).Different forms of selenium yeast showed that the body selenium deposition rate and total selenium utilization rate of powder selenium yeast was the highest,and the egg selenium deposition rate of hydrolyzed selenium yeast was the highest.In summary,selenium yeast could improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens to a certain extent,and improve selenium deposition and selenium utilization rate in eggs.Different forms of selenium yeast had certain differences on the production performance and selenium deposition efficiency of laying hens,among which powder selenium yeast and hydrolyzed selenium yeast were more conducive to improving the body selenium deposition rate,egg selenium deposition rate and total selenium utilization rate,reducing waste and environmental pollution.
