摘要
西藏某水电站在生产人员不足的情况下,通过“集团内部委外人员+电站自有生产人员”的混合生产管理模式进行生产准备和前期运维管理,然后逐步过渡到自主运维管理。笔者以西藏某水电站为例对混合生产管理模式执行过程中出现的优点和不足进行了阐述,并从人员架构、制度、人员培训等方面提出了相关对策,为后期水电开发生产管理提供相关思路。
In the case of insufficient production personnel in a hydropower station in Xizang Province,it carried out production preparation and early operation and maintenance management through the mixed production management mode of"outsourced personnel within the Group+own production personnel of the power station",and then gradually transitioned to independent operation and maintenance management.This paper takes a hydropower station in Xizang Province as an example to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the mixed production management mode in the process of implementation,and puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of personnel structure,system and personnel training to provide relevant ideas for the subsequent hydropower development and production management.
