摘要
在对国内水电项目EPC模式应用现状的调研以及对传统DBB模式的优势劣势、水电开发新形势的研究的基础上,雅砻江流域水电开发有限公司结合国内水电开发建设实际和杨房沟水电项目特点,在杨房沟水电站这个百万千瓦装机规模的项目上采用EPC模式进行建设管理,并相应开展了EPC项目管理的一系列策划与实施,取得了一定成效。同时,基于该项目EPC模式的实践情况,对包括设计管理、设备管理、制度规范、EPC模式推广等方面提出了相关建议。
Upon studies on application of EPC mode in China's hydropower projects,the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional DBB mode,as well as the new circumstances of hydropower development,and with China's hydropower development status and the features of Yangfanggou Hydropower Project taken into account,Yalong Hydro adopted EPC as its mode of project management for Yangfanggou,a hydropower project with 1,500MW in installed capacity,undertook a series of planning and implementation work in the area of EPC management,and has obtained certain achievements.Meanwhile,based on the EPC management practice of the project,recommendations are proposed for aspects including design management,equipment management,institutional build-up,and expanding of EPC mode.
