摘要
目的探讨循证护理在小儿手足口病(HFMD)合并脑炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取栖霞市人民医院2022年3月至2023年3月收治的50例HFMD合并脑炎的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用循证护理,比较两组临床症状缓解时间、住院时间及满意度。结果观察组头痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、肢体抽动停止时间及住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在小儿HFMD合并脑炎护理中可缩短患儿住院时间,促进患儿恢复,提高家属满意度,具有临床护理价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of the children with hand foot mouth disease(HFMD)combined with encephalitis.Methods A total of 50 children with HFMD combined with encephalitis in Qixia City People’s Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional care,and the observation group received the evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The relief time of clinical symptoms,hospital stay,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of headache relief,temperature recovery,cessation of limb twitching and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can shorten the hospital stay of children,promote the recovery of children and improve family satisfaction in the nursing of the children with HFMD combined with encephalitis,which has clinical nursing value.
