摘要
中国式职业教育现代化作为有效引领国家和人民迈向现代化的“牵引器”,内蕴以人民之“力”满足人民之“需”,办成人民满意教育的理性逻辑。作为面向人民现代化的教育,中国式职业教育现代化应致力于满足人民指向效益型生产的物质需要、指向合作型生产的社会需要、指向绿色型生产的自然需要。作为服务人民现代化的教育,中国式职业教育现代化应从教育理性上映射人民整全性生命、从教育资源上支撑人民跨界型发展、从教育制度上保障人民多向度行动。作为依托人民现代化的教育,中国式职业教育现代化应以修正“为何”兼“何为”的人民行动理性触发动力擎、以优化“提质”兼“增效”的人民行动范式铺就快车道、以完善“输血”兼“造血”的人民行动制度再造新优势。
As the"tractor"effectively lead the country and the people to modernization,the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education contains the rational logic to satisfy the"needs"of the people with the"power"of the people and finally achieve the satisfaction of the people's education.As the education that faces the people's modernization,the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education should be committed to satisfying the material needs pointing to beneficial production,the social needs pointing to cooperative production,and the natural needs pointing to the green production of the people.As the education that serves the people's modernization,the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education should map people's holistic life from educational rationality,support people's transboundary development from cducational rcsources,and guarantee people's multi-dimensional action from the educational system.As the education that depends on the people's modernization,the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education should trigger the power engine by correcting the"why"and"how"of the people's action rationality,pave the fast track by optimizing the"quality"and""efficiency"of the people's action paradigm,and rebuild new advantages by improving the"blood-transfusion"and"hematopoiesis"of the people's action system.
