摘要 目的构建基于以成果为导向(OBE)理念的产科实践教学模式,探索其成效。方法选取2022年3月至5月福建医科大学临床医学五年制2017级本科实习生75人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(37人)和对照组(38人)。试验组给予OBE教学模式,对照组给予传统实习教学模式。实习结束后,考核实习生理论、技能水平,使用问卷评价学生学习能力、临床带教及患者对学生评价、学生对教学模式的评价。结果试验组的理论及实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生对自身学习能力的评价比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者对实习生的各项评价评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床带教对两组学生的职业精神及团队合作能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组的实习主动性、医学技能掌握度、医患沟通能力、基于实践的学习能力及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组实习生对教学模式各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科实践教育中采用基于OBE理念的教学模式,能提升实习生的理论、技能水平,医患沟通、团队合作、人文关怀能力等,能提升实习生对教学模式的满意度,达到保障学生临床实践能力、提高理论水平、培养学生独立思考、持续学习及道德感的目标,值得推广。 Objective To construct an obstetrical practice teaching model based on the outcomes-based education(OBE)concept and explore its effectiveness.Methods Seventy-five 5-year undergraduate clinical medicine internship students in Fujian Medical University from March to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group(37 participants)and control group(38 participants)by random number table method.The experimental group was given the OBE teaching model,the control group was given the traditional teaching model.After the internship,the theory and skill level of the interns were assessed,and the students'learning ability,clinical teaching and patient's evaluation of the students and students'evaluation of the teaching mode were evaluated by questionnaires.Results The test scores of theoretical and practical skills of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the evaluation of self-learning ability between the two groups(P>0.05).The evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the scores of professional spirit and teamwork ability between the two groups(P>0.05),but the internship initiative,medical skill mastery,doctor-patient communication ability,practice-based learning ability and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the teaching mode based on the concept of OBE in obstetrics practice education can improve interns'theory and skill level,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,humanistic care,etc.It can improve interns'satisfaction with the teaching mode,and achieve the goals of guara
