摘要
目的通过改革妇科临床实习授课方法,将传统妇科临床实习带教方法改为病案情景模拟教学法的应用价值。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年5月到妇科实习的100名实习医生作为研究对象,按照所有实习生的入科时间顺序将其分为两组,一组为研究组接受病案情景模拟教学法,另一组为传统组接受传统带教法,比较两种方法临床教学方法的教学效果,分析不同方法对实习医生考试成绩、批判性思维能力、临床诊断以及沟通技能态度的影响。结果研究组实习医生的学习效果要远高于传统组实习医生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用病案情景模拟教学法对实习医生生展开妇科临床教学,可以全面提高临床带教教学效果。
Objective This study reformed the teaching method of clinical practice in gynecology,and changed the traditional teaching method of clinical practice in gynecology to the application value of medical case simulation teaching method.Methods The 100 interns practicing in gynecology from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All interns were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of admission.One group was the research group to accept the medical case scenario simulation teaching method,and the other group was for the traditional group to accept the traditional teaching method.Compared the teaching effect of the two clinical teaching methods.Analyze the influence of different methods on the test scores,critical thinking ability,clinical diagnosis and communication skills attitude of interns.Results The study effect of the interns in the research group was much higher than that of the traditional interns,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of medical record scenario simulation teaching method to carry out gynecological clinical teaching for interns can improve the clinical teaching effect in an all-round way.
