摘要
以皖煤发电厂300 MW燃煤机组的脱硫废水处理为研究对象,系统研究了零排放技术脱硫废水的预处理、浓度降低和蒸发结晶阶段。结果表明,在预处理阶段,向水中加入硫酸钠,将废水泵入蒸发结晶单元,根据石膏结晶法,制备高纯度氯化钠。燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放处理工艺能够有效实现燃煤机组的脱硫废水的无害化处理,可以实现结晶盐资源化;经过预处理和蒸发结晶后的氯化钠晶体,经提纯后纯度达99.0%以上,符合工业盐的水平标准,可作为相应的工业原料。
Taking the desulfurization wastewater treatment of a 300 MW coal-fired unit in Anhui Coal Power Plant as the research object,the pretreatment,concentration reduction,and evaporation crystallization stages of desulfurization wastewater using zero emission technology were systematically studied.The results indicate that in the pre-treatment stage,sodium sulfate is added to the water,and the wastewater is pumped into the evaporation crystallization unit to prepare high-purity sodium chloride according to the gypsum crystallization method.The zero discharge treatment process for desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants can effectively achieve harmless treatment of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired units,and can achieve the resource utilization of crystalline salts.After pre-treatment and evaporation crystallization,the purity of sodium chloride crystals after purification reaches over 99.0%,which meets the level standards of industrial salt and can be used as corresponding industrial raw materials.
