胀鼓式过滤器运行问题分析及优化措施

摘要 催化烟气脱硫脱硝装置胀鼓式过滤器运行中存在清液出现恶臭味泡沫及压差增大、氧化罐在停止注碱情况下出水pH高于排放指标、出水氨氮指标上升、胀鼓过滤器放料管夹阀气囊破损故障频发等一系列问题。通过指标分析和设备参数对比,研判是由烟气颗粒物含量高、废水处理絮凝剂添加不合理、管夹阀动力风压力过大等所致,提出降低管夹阀动力风压力、优化激波吹灰运行、调整絮凝剂配比与脱泥时间等优化措施。实践结果表明:优化措施解决了装置的运行问题,降低了外排废水化学需氧量、氨氮、悬浮物等指标以及浆液阀门故障率,延长了胀鼓式过滤器滤芯的使用寿命,每年可创造效益约105万元。 In view of a series of problems in the operation of the bulging filter of catalytic flue gas desulfurization and denitrification unit,such as the presence of foul-smelling foam in the superneant liquid of the bulging filter,the increase of pressure difference,the PH of the effluent is higher than the discharge index when the oxidation tank stops injecting alkali,the increase of the effluent ammonia nitrogen index,and the frequent failure of the air bag in the discharge pipe of the expansion filter,through the index analysis and the comparison of equipment parameters,the causes were concluded to be high particulate matter content in flue gas,unreasonable flocculant addition in wastewater treatment,too much power wind pressure of pipe pinch valve,etc.The optimization measures are proposed to reduce the power wind pressure of pipe pinch valve,optimize the operation of shock wave blowing,adjust the ratio of flocculant and desliming time,etc.The practice shows that the optimization measures solve the operation problems of the device,reduce the effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen,suspended solids and other environmental indicators as well as the failure rate of the slurry valve,prolong the service life of the expansion filter element,and create annual benefits of about 1.05 million yuan.
