摘要
随着新一轮“双一流”建设的推进,对人才培养提出了更高的要求。实验室作为实验教学、实操技能培养的主战场,其安全平稳运行的重要性显得愈加突出。目前相较于学科建设的大量投入,实验室安全管理发展存在一定的管理漏洞。为进一步提高实验室安全管理能力和管理水平,促进实验室高质量发展,特结合实验室安全管理现状,深入分析实验室事故发生原因,学习并借鉴其他院校优秀安全管理经验,完善实验室安全管理条例,全面增强实验人员安全意识,切实保障实验室安全管理质量稳步提升,为建设世界一流学科和一流大学提供有力支持。
With the promotion of the new round of“double first-class”construction,higher requirements are put forward for personnel training.As the main battlefield of experimental teaching and practical operation skill training,the importance of safe and stable operation of laboratory becomes more and more prominent.With the large investment in discipline construction,there are some management loopholes in laboratory safety management.In order to further improve the laboratory safety management ability and management level,and promote the high-quality development of the laboratory,the current situation of laboratory safety management is combined with in-depth analysis of the causes of laboratory accidents,learning and learning from the excellent safety management experience of other universities,improving the laboratory safety management regulations,comprehensively enhancing the safety awareness of laboratory personnel,and effectively ensuring the steady improvement of the quality of laboratory safety management,and provide strong support for building world-class disciplines and universities.
