摘要
高职院校双创中心可以为学生提供更广阔的实践型平台,激发学生的创新精神和实践能力,同时可以为企业提供更多创新型的优秀人才,但是在双创中心建设过程中也存在一些问题:校企合作保障机制缺失、师资队伍实践经验不足、学校实训实验场地有限、成果转化面向企业不够。基于此,建立双创校企联动机制,促进中心高效运行;提升企业导师人员比例,优化师资队伍建设;强化双创活动场地共建,促进实践活动开展;共同促进科技成果转化,提升创业孵化能力。以期为校企协同育人模式下的高职院校双创中心建设提供部分有益借鉴。
The construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation center provides students with a broader practical platform,stimulates students'innovative spirit and practical ability,and provides enterprises with more innovative talents.However,there are also some problems in the construction of the center:the lack of school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism;the lack of practical experience;the limited practical training experiment site;the insufficient transformation of results for enterprises.Based on this,it needs to establish the joint mechanism of school and enterprise to promote the efficient operation of the center;increase the proportion of enterprise mentors and optimize the construction of teaching staff;strengthen the joint construction of activity sites,and promote the development of practical activities;jointly promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and enhance the incubation capacity of business startups.Through these efforts we hope to provide some useful reference for the construction of the center in higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise collaborative education.
