摘要
回转系统是挖掘机液压系统的关键组成部分,回转马达的控制阀组参数对回转系统平稳高效工作至关重要。基于AMESim平台,建立回转系统控制阀元件仿真模型,通过整车实验数据校正模型参数,获得准确的挖掘机回转系统仿真模型。基于此,分析回转马达控制阀组中溢流阀、单向阀和防反转阀的工作特性,明确影响回转系统动态特性的关键参数,以及其对系统工作特性的影响规律,为挖掘机回转马达控制阀组参数设计和整机调试提供理论基础和参考。
Swing system is a key component of excavator hydraulic system.Parameters of the control valves of swing motor are crucial to smooth motion and efficient operation.In this paper,the simulation model of swing system with control valves is established based on AMESim.The model parameters are corrected by experimental data for an accurate simulation model.On this basis,working characteristics of relief valve,check valve and anti-reverse valve,which are included in swing motor control valves are analyzed.The key parameters affecting the dynamic characteristics and their influence on working states are obtained.It provides a basic theory and reference for the parameter design of swing motor control valves and the operation of the whole machine.
