摘要
针对某型轮式挖掘机用消声器内部各腔室共振频率接近以及穿孔管穿孔率过大影响消声器消声性能的问题,利用GT-Power软件对某型轮式挖掘机发动机及其消声器进行建模和耦合仿真,得出消声器插入损失与压力损失仿真值.仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了该模型的正确性,并相应提出了改进方案.改进后消声器在满足空气动力性能要求的情况下,插入损失增加了2~3dB(A),消声性能得到提升.
To resolve such problem as similar resonant frequencies among muffler cavities of wheel excavators and passive effects of the perforation rate of perforated pipes on muffling performance,the insertion and pressure losses are simulated by using GT-PowerTMsoftware for modeling and coupling simulation on wheel excavator engine and muffler.Pertaining that the results from simulation are coincided with those from experiments,the model correctness is proven.Based on the improved scheme to meet the aerodynamic performance,the muffling performance is promoted increasing the insertion loss by 2~3 dB(A).
