摘要
提出了针对大惯性负载的电液进出口节流独立调节系统的构成、控制结构和控制算法,同时进行了相应的实验研究。研究表明,对系统实行进出口节流独立调节,对大惯性负载的加减速控制特别有效,能大大减小大惯性负载起动、制动时的冲击现象。同时,采用压差传感的计算流量反馈控制,能使控制流量不随负载压力的变化而变化,提高了系统的操作性。压差传感的电液进出口节流独立调节系统可简化系统结构,实现电子控制化。
The control structure and algorithm of the electro-hydraulic meter in and meter out independent regulation system for inertia load are proposed, which have been researched through relevant experiments. Results show that it is effective in acceleration and deceleration control of inertia load system when meter in and meter out independent regulation is applied. Impact phenomena in acceleration and deceleration process of inertia load system are decreased remarkably. In addition, a calculated flow feedback control method through pressure difference sensing, which controls its volume flow invariable when load pressure changes, is applied to advance system operation performance. The electro-hydraulic meter in and meter out independent regulation system which based on pressure difference sensing is able to replace traditional complex hydraulic control system, simplifies its structure, and realizes electronic control.
