基于改进Apriori算法的塔吊事故致因动态关联网络分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究塔吊事故致因及其相互作用,采用人因分析和分类系统(HFACS)模型、关联规则挖掘和复杂网络理论相结合的方法,对塔吊事故致因进行定性分类和定量分析。首先,收集241份塔吊事故调查报告,并根据塔吊事故特点调整HFACS模型框架,以此确定46个影响塔吊事故发生的因素,再运用改进的Apriori算法挖掘事故致因之间的关联性;然后,结合关联规则挖掘结果构建塔吊事故致因动态关联网络,并综合探究塔吊事故的关键影响因素。结果表明:人员岗位与能力不匹配、监管人员未按要求进行安全检查、部分岗位人员配备不齐等是造成塔吊事故发生的关键因素。改进后的方法实现了人为因素的量化分析,可为预防塔吊事故的发生提供决策依据。 In order to study the causes of tower crane accidents and their interactions,a combination of human factor analysis and classification system(HFACS)model,association rule mining and complex network theory was used to classify and quantitatively analyze the causes of tower crane accidents.Firstly,241 tower crane accident investigation reports were collected,and the HFACS model framework was adjusted according to the characteristics of tower crane accidents to determine 46 factors affecting the occurrence of tower crane accidents,and then the improved Apriori algorithm was used to mine the correlation between the causes of accidents.Then,combined with the results of association rules mining,the dynamic association network of causes of tower crane accidents was constructed,and the key influencing factors of tower crane accidents were comprehensively explored.The results show that the key factors that cause tower crane accidents are the mismatch between personnel positions and capabilities,the failure of supervisors to carry out safety checks as required,and the uneven staffing of some positions.The improved method realizes the quantitative analysis of human factors and can provide decision basis for preventing tower crane accidents.
