摘要
为研究在城市中邻近既有建筑和市政道路的基坑稳定性问题,本文对基坑支护设计的研究现状进行讨论,以某商业中心项目为研究对象,介绍该项目的工程概况及工程地质条件,分析桩锚支护和双排桩支护形式的安全性、经济性、施工可行性等。通过建立二维平面模型并进行稳定性计算,综合分析多种支护形式的优劣,最终选择双排桩加桩锚支护结构两种支护形式。结果显示,该方案参数设置合理,安全系数符合规范要求,方案合理可行,可为城市中邻近既有建筑和市政道路的基坑稳定性问题提供新的分析方法。
In order to study the stability of foundation pits adjacent to existing buildings and municipal roads in cities,this paper discusses the research status of foundation pit support design,taking a commercial center project as the research object,the engineering overview and geological conditions of the project are introduced,and the safety,economy and construction feasibility of pile anchor support and double row pile support are analyzed.By establishing 2D plane model and conducting stability calculations,comprehensively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various support forms,and two supporting of double row pile and pile anchor structure are ultimately selected.The results show that the parameter setting of the plan are reasonable,and the safety factor meets the standard requirements,and the plan are reasonable and feasible,which can provide a new analysis method of foundation pit stability problems of adjacent existing buildings and municipal roads in the city.
