摘要
文中依据BIM技术的功能特性,以商业中心项目为例,对项目全生命周期的BIM造价控制与精细化管理展开研究;从BIM价值角度出发,对BIM技术在“投资、设计、招投标、施工、运营”五阶段展开应用分析;对BIM技术发展趋势进行整体性分析,提出了“BIM+造价”的综合发展策略,助力我国工程造价管理的信息化发展。
This paper takes the commercial center project as an example to study the BIM cost control and refinement management of the whole life cycle of the project based on the functional characteristics of BIM technology.From the perspective of BIM value,the application of BIM technology in the five stages of"investment,design,tender,construction and operation"is analyzed.The development trend of BIM technology is analyzed as a whole,and the comprehensive development strategy of"BIM+cost"is proposed to promote the development of the computerization of China's engineering cost management.
