摘要
深基坑开挖导致周围土体应力场与位移场发生变化,进而使紧邻建筑物产生变形.以南宁市轨道交通3号线金湖广场站深基坑工程为例,该深基坑西侧为地下商场,东侧紧邻建筑物,处于偏压状态.基于有限元软件建立考虑土体与结构相互作用的三维计算模型,采用数值模拟结合现场监测的方法研究在复杂城市环境下偏压深基坑开挖对紧邻建筑物的影响及探讨基坑分层分段开挖施作支撑并采取注浆加固深基坑两侧土体的安全控制措施的有效性.结果表明:数值模拟计算值与现场实测值吻合度高,能较好地预测邻近建筑物的沉降,深基坑采用分层分段开挖并加固与地下商场、邻近建筑物之间土体的安全控制措施可有效减小偏压深基坑开挖对邻近建筑物沉降的影响.以期为类似工程提供借鉴.
Deep foundation pit excavation causes the stress and displacement fields o[surounding soil to change,and then leads to deformation of adjacent buildings.Taking the asymmetric deep foundation pit project of Jinhu Plaza Station of Nanning Rail Transit Line 3 as an example,the west side of the deep foundation pit is an underground shopping mall,and the east side of it is buildings,which is in the state of eccentric pressure.Based on the finite element software,a three-dimensional calculation model considering the interaction between soil and structure is established.The method of numerical simulation combined with on-site monitoring is used to study the influence of excavation of deep foundation pits on the adjacent buildings in complex urban environment and to discuss the effectiveness of safety control measures for supporting excavation by layers and segments and strengthening soil on both sides of deep foundation pit by grouting.The results show that the numerical simulation conclusions are in good agreement with the measured values,and the settlement of adjacent buildings can be well predicted.The safety control measures of deep foundation pit excavation can effectively reduce the influence of eccentric deep foundation pit excavation on the settlement of adjacent buildings.It could provide reference for similar projects.
