摘要
目的了解内蒙古自治区7~17岁中小学生血压偏高现状,分析与血压偏高相关的影响因素,为制定相关的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对2021年内蒙古自治区中小学生的血压和相关影响因素开展现况研究。结果本次共调查中小学生128942名,血压偏高率为14.28%,男生为13.54%,女生为15.03%,多因素logistics回归分析结果显示,监测点(OR=1.123,95%CI:1.064~1.180)、性别(OR=1.133,95%CI:1.262~1.400)、超重(OR=1.780,95%CI:1.670~1.900)、肥胖(OR=3.288,95%CI:3.094~3.490)与学生血压偏高有关。结论内蒙古自治区7~17岁中小学生血压偏高率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,城镇、女生、超重、肥胖的学生更易发生血压偏高,且血压偏高与超重、肥胖是正相关关系,建议中小学生合理控制饮食,加强体育锻炼,预防儿童高血压的发生。
Objective To understand the current situation of high blood pressure among primary and secondary school students aged 7-17 years in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to analyze the influencing factors associated with high blood pressure,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of relevant interventions.Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the current status of blood pressure and related influencing factors among primary and middle school students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2021.Results A total of 128942 primary and middle school students were surveyed.The overall prevalence of high blood pressure was 14.28%,13.54%in boys and 15.03%in girls.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the surveillance site(OR=1.123,95%CI:1.064-1.180),gender(OR=1.133,95%CI:1.262-1.400),overweight(OR=1.780,95%CI:1.670-1.900)and obesity(OR=3.288,95%CI:3.094-3.490)were associated with high blood pressure in students.Conclusion The prevalence of high blood pressure among primary and middle school students aged 7-17 years in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shows an increasing trend with age.Urban,female,overweight and obese students are more likely to have high blood pressure,and there is a positive correlation between high blood pressure and overweight and obesity.It is recommended that primary and middle school students control diet reasonably and increase physical exercise to prevent the development of hypertension in children.
