摘要
为了探究十字轴万向接头力矩传递对螺栓拧紧力矩的影响。以WF46800型号十字轴万向接头为研究对象,通过改变使用中的旋转角度,对其力矩进行计算,并通过力矩传感器测量仪完成对试验数据的测定。结果表明,接头旋转角度会影响接头力矩的传递效果,并且当接头旋转角度小于20°,此时产生的力矩不会对拧紧力矩造成影响,达到螺栓拧紧效果;当接头旋转角度超过20°,此时产生的力矩会影响拧紧力矩,造成螺栓无法拧紧,影响产品结构及质量。在实际应用接头完成产品装配时,应当控制接头旋转角度在20°以内,确保力矩传递效果及避免其对拧紧力矩的影响。
In order to investigate the influence of the moment transfer of cross shaft universal joints on the tightening torque of bolts,WF46800 model cross shaft universal joints were chosen as the research object.We choose WF46800 type cross shaft universal joint as the research object,calculate the torque by changing the rotation angle in use,and complete the determination of the test data through the torque sensor measuring instrument.The results show that the rotating angle of the joint will afect the transfer effect of the joint torque,and when the joint rotating angle is less than 20°the torque generated at this time willnot affect the tightening torque,to achieve the effect of bolt tightening;when the joint rotating angle of more than 20,the torque generated at this time will affect the tightening torque,resulting in the failure of the bolt to tighten,affecting the structure of the product and the quality of the product.In the actual application of joints to complete the product assembly,the joint rotation angle should be contrlled within 20°to ensure the effect of torque transfer and to avoid its impact on the tightening torque.
