摘要
目的 探讨连续动态血糖监测在预防2型糖尿病患者住院期间发生低血糖的价值研究。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月福建省南平市人民医院收治的160例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据患者血糖监测方式分为参照组和研究组,各80例。其中实施传统定点血糖监测的患者为参照组,实施连续动态血糖监测的患者为研究组。对比两组患者住院期间低血糖发生情况及血糖平稳时间、血糖波动情况。结果 研究组患者住院治疗期间低血糖总发生率为26.25%低于参照组的48.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.723,P<0.05);研究组患者血糖平稳时间长于参照组,空腹血糖波动范围低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在2型糖尿病患者住院期间进行连续动态血糖监测能够有效了解患者血糖,并进行相应的处理干预,可有效减少患者低血糖事件的发生,在保证患者安全的情况下,尽快使血糖达标,减少空腹血糖波动,帮助患者尽早康复,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the value of continuous dynamic blood glucose monitoring in preventing hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during hospitalization.Methods 160 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Nanping People's Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the blood glucose monitoring mode of patients,they were divided into a reference group and a study group,80 patients in each group.The patients who implemented traditional fixed point blood glu-cose monitoring were the reference group,while the patients who implemented continuous dynamic blood glucose monitoring were the study group.Compared the incidence of hypoglycemia,blood glucose stability time,and blood glu-cose fluctuations between two groups of patients during hospitalization.Results The total incidence of hypoglycemia during hospitalization in the study group was 26.25%,lower than 48.75%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.723,P<0.05).The stable time of blood glucose in the study group was longer than that in the reference group,and the fluctuation range of fasting blood glucose was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous dynamic blood glucose monitoring during hospitalization of patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively understand the blood glucose of patients and carry out corresponding treatment and intervention,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia events in pa-tients.Under the condition of ensuring the safety of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application to make blood glucose reach the standard as soon as possible,reduce the fluctuation of fasting blood glucose and help patients recover as soon as possible.
