摘要
目的探讨赋能授权式健康教育对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月于广东省人民医院南海医院确诊为2型糖尿病的患者86例,根据治疗期间健康教育方案的差异分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者予以常规健康教育,观察组患者予以赋能授权式健康教育。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖控制指标[包括空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、治疗期间生活质量评定量表(SF-36量表)评分。结果观察组患者治疗后3个月FPG、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赋能授权式健康教育有利于改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况,进而提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of empowerment health education on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-six patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed in Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of health education program during treatment,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given empowerment health education.The indexes of blood glucose control[including fASTing blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]before and after treatment and the scores of SF-36 during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The FPG,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical pain,vitality,physiological function,emotional function,mental health,and overall health of the observation group during treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowerment health education is conducive to improve the blood sugar control of patients with type 2 diabetes,thereby improving their quality of life.
