摘要
目的调查老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者用药依从性,并分析相关影响因素。方法选取2021年1—12月在重庆市铜梁区人民医院、巴川社区、东城社区住院或管理的337例老年T2DM患者为研究对象,调查用药依从性,并以单因素、Logistic多因素回归分析探究相关影响因素。结果175例(51.93%)患者用药依从性差,84例(24.93%)用药依从性中等,78例(23.14%)用药依从性好。依从性差组、依从性中等组及依从性好组在居住状况、个人月收入、病程、应用降糖药物种类、用药不适感、就医方便程度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析证实居住状况、个人月收入、应用降糖药种类、用药不适感、就医方便程度是用药依从性的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论老年T2DM患者用药依从性较差,其中居住状况、个人月收入、应用降糖药种类、用药不适感、就医方便程度为独立影响因素。
Objective To investigate the medication compliance of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM),and to analyze the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 337 elderly patients with T2DM who were hospitalized or managed in Tongliang District People's Hospital,Bachuan Community and Dongcheng Community in Chongqing from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Medication compliance was investigated,and the related influencing factors were explored by univariate and Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results 175 cases(51.93%)had poor medication compliance,84 cases(24.93%)had moderate medication compliance,and 78 cases(23.14%)had good medication compliance.There were statistically significant differences between the poor compliance group and the moderate compliance group and good compliance group in terms of living conditions,personal monthly income,course of disease,types of hypoglycemic drugs used,medication discomfort,and convenience in seeking medical treatment(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis confirmed that living conditions,personal monthly income,types of hypoglycemic drugs used,medication discomfort,and convenience in seeking medical treatment were independent risk factors for medication compliance(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with T2DM have poor medication compliance,among which living conditions,personal monthly income,types of hypoglycemic drugs,medication discomfort,and convenience of seeking medical treatment are independent influencing factors.
